Lunch comes with two menus, Ai ($48) and SHINRAI ($98), both inclusive of an appetizer and dessert.

 

The Ai menu presents a delightful ten-course experience, featuring a variety of yakitori, including succulent chicken thighs, 2 kinds of Chef's Choice grilled chicken, innard, seasonal vegetable, mid wings, and a comforting bowl of their signature ramen.

 

The SHINRAI menu takes it a step further, introducing additional delicacies such as chutoro carpaccio, tsukune with a rich egg yolk, luxurious truffle chawanmushi, and tender pork jowl, elevating the meal to new heights.
